ISIS in Nigeria to Recruit Fighters - FG
Omeri said that intelligence information gathered by Security officials show that three South African nationals disguising as humanitarian workers are currently in the country to facilitate the recruitment of some Nigerians into the islamic terror group. He appealed to Nigerians to be vigilant and report humanitarian workers with suspicious motives
"Nigerians are known the world over to be selfless, hospitable and humanitarian. We believe in the brotherhood of all mankind and no one should be allowed to take advantage of these virtues or turn them into vices. Nigerians are therefore advised to report to security agencies without hesitation, any group or non-governmental agency whose overt or covert activities are suspicious or have tendencies to jeopardise the innocence of our youths and the security of our people wherever they are in the world,” he said.

Man arranges kidnap of his neighbor's 3year old son in Rivers State
The Rivers State Police Command wishes to inform the public of another safe rescue of a three-year old male child kidnap victim.
On 22/12/2014 at about 3:00PM, Police operatives tracked and stormed the kidnappers hideout located at Rumuodogu II, Port Harcourt where the child (name withheld) earlier kidnapped on 15/12/2014 was kept.Commissioner of Police, Rivers State Police Command; CP Dan Bature handing over the rescued child to his father this morning. The idea of kidnapping the little victim was conceived and initiated by Ogele Akiyo, who is a co-tenants with the victim's parents in same compound while Ben Elenwo who posed as the child school teacher executed the kidnapping.
The safely rescued child has since been handed over to his father personally by CP. Dan Bature in his office..

"She is brilliant. She likes reading. She liked to go to school,” her father told CNN.
"She used to tell me one day she would finish school and become somebody. She loved studies; she used to assist the younger ones with their homework. She used to fall asleep with her books in her arms.” her mother said
The missing girls father says during festive periods like Christmas, the family was always “complete and happy”, but that as it is now it won’t be the same saying . “One of us is not there, how can it be the same”? “There is nothing I can say; it has happened. It is a bad Christmas, but there is nothing we can do.”
The mother says she believes that one day her daughter would come back home.
“Her siblings know that she is not here. They themselves know what is happening, having come out of war. They keep asking me, ‘when is she coming back?’ But I keep telling them to keep trusting God, maybe He will hear us. I always feel pain inside of me, but I am trusting God that one day, she she will come back.”
The missing girl’s father added
“I tell the Children that she will come back, they should keep praying and hoping that she is still alive and that she will come back. They will come back. They will come back. That many girls? If they are still alive on the face of the earth, they will come back" he said

Anyone who comes between a married couple should be jailed- Omotola
Award winning actress, Omotola Jalde Ekeinde, in an interview with Encomium magazine, said that anyone who comes between a married couple deserve to be jailed because that person is robbing the couple of their joy.
"I think it should be a crime for anyone to come in between a couple. I feel anybody that comes between a married couple be a man or woman should go to jail. "I would say first it is the fear of God. Then the fact that the reason we do all we do or the person we are all answerable to is God. He is the one guiding us. I would not lie to you that there was no time we almost gave up on both sides but at the end of the day you know you are answerable to God for whatever you do. There fore take your worry to him. And the reason you don't do anything stupid is because this person is not you are answerable to ultimately but God. So when God knows you depend on him that much, i think alone that helps you. Second is patience. You have to be very patient in every relationship, not just marriage. I feel very sad that a lot of people put so much pressure these days on marriages succeeding or not as if it is an alien relationship. The truth of the matter is that people fight their fathers, you fight your best friends. "He has been supportive. He has been an angel. He is my rock of Gibraltar. I would say my husband is my fan so also my critic. Most important he has been my pillar of support. So naturally that's just something you would say no, you can't. But I would go and tell him and he would be like wow! He would even encourage me to go. "The only time I would say I worried was when the movie, The Prostitute came out and that was the first major shaking I had. It was like a kind controversy. From the movie poster to the sex scenes, whatever in that movie that was shot after I left there was shot as if I was the one who did it. And you know Nigeria was not ready for that so there was a lot of controversy around that. So that was the only time I really worried about my marriage and to be frank and candid, until my husband told me he wasn't bothered, then I had peace".

But what I don't get is a private individual like Tunde Ayeni, the chairman of SKYE Bank donating N2billion. So, if you donate that amount to the president, is it for something you will get later from his administration or it's just goodwill?

Photos: Sir Elton John weds David Furnish
This morning Dec. 21st, music legend Sir Elton John and David Furnish officially got married, after getting into a civil partnership nine years ago.
They tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in front of family, friends, numerous celebrities and their sons Zachary, three and Elijah, 23 months.
They were both eager to share their happiness with the whole world and posted pictures to their Instagram pages throughout the ceremony with the hashtag sharethelove.
Nothing was held back, with pictures beginning in the morning of the pair making the union official as they signed their legal documents, right up to the sweet moment they said their vows.
